Don't be surprised to see famous athletes at the Boulder Salad Company – they like the healthy menu here. I too was impressed with the fresh vegetables and fruits available at the bar. Not only will you find the 'expected' vegetables, but also items such as spinach, cherry tomatoes, green onions and more.
Within fifteen minutes, I was able to decide what I wanted, load up my meal and eat. The service was friendly, and the only drawback might be that it was difficult to find plates for refills (all the way at the front of the restaurant).
The salads and soups are a great value for your money, and the Boulder Salad Company is a good place to take the kids when everyone is really hungry ...
